How does the payment escrow work?
When you book, your payment is held securely by the platform. The funds are only released to the provider 24 hours after the service is successfully completed.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Absolutely. You can easily reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your slot via your dashboard without any penalties.
Do I need to add my pet's medical history?
Yes. Adding your pet’s details (breed, age, allergies, aggression notes) ensures our providers are fully prepared to offer safe, personalized care.
